Jr. Safety Officer

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar
Experience: 2–3 Years
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce site safety rules, protocols, and compliance during construction activities.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments; implement corrective actions.
• Develop and manage emergency response plans and conduct safety drills.
• Provide safety training and awareness programs for workers and contractors.
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and incident records.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with project teams and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Safety certification such as NEBOSH / OSHA or equivalent.
• Degree/Diploma in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years experience as a Safety Officer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
