Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities for commercial and industrial LED lighting solutions.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including electrical contractors, architects, consultants, and project developers.
Technical Consultation: Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance on LED fixtures, drivers, and control systems to meet client project specifications.
Proposal Management: Prepare accurate commercial and technical proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to keep our sales strategies highly competitive.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 4 to 5 years of dedicated sales experience within the LED Lighting industry.
Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of lighting concepts, lumens, wattage, explosion-proof ratings, and driver technologies.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Drive: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
