Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Jr. Social Media Executive who can manage the complete social media lifecycle — from content planning and designing to ads execution and performance reporting. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving brand visibility, engagement, and conversions while ensuring efficient use of budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Design creatives using Canva and assist in basic photo/video editing.

Develop and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Manage performance marketing activities, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and retargeting.

Monitor ad budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.

Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions, engagement rate, reach, follower growth).

Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for management.

Benchmark competitor activity and suggest innovative strategies.

Collaborate with content writers, designers, and video editors for campaign execution.

Engage with the online community — respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly.

Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

Key Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management + performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ad tools.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic photo/video editing software.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in creating performance reports.
• Good understanding of budget allocation and ROI tracking.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
