Jr. SQA Engineer (Entry Level)

Wolfiz Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. SQA Engineer (Entry Level) who is eager to start a career in software quality assurance. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who have a strong interest in testing web and mobile applications and are keen to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing functional, regression, and UI testing for web and mobile applications (Android & iOS) to ensure quality, usability, and performance.
• Write, execute, and maintain test cases, test checklists, and basic test plans under guidance.
• Support API testing activities using tools such as Postman to validate backend functionality.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms with clear documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and senior QA team members to support timely and high-quality releases.
• Participate in requirement understanding sessions and learn basic testing strategies.
• Maintain test documentation, test results, and simple test reports.
• Perform basic mobile application testing on real devices and emulators/simulators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Up to 6 months of experience (including internships, projects, or traineeships) in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Basic understanding of manual testing concepts for web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is a plus.
• Awareness of bug tracking or test management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, TestRail).
• Basic knowledge of QA processes, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills with a quality-first mindset.
