What You Will Do:
The Junior Supply Chain Associate manages Finished Product Supply Planning for a category(s) under the CPD signature at the market level, facilitating coordination of inventory, understanding of tradeoffs and streamlining communication to key stakeholders across the organization. Accountable for end-to-end product life cycle ‘
- Responsible for monitoring inventory levels and maintaining inventory parameters for cruising products. Understands and communicates short to mid-term supply constraints to maximize service to customer and minimize excess inventory
- Responsible for tracking shipments from vendor and ensuring proper flow of data and timely receipt through communication to transportation and operations teams.
- Coordinates the flow of product and information, manages exceptions and streamlines communication to business teams
- Communicates with the Global Operations to understand supply confirmation, analyze tradeoff decisions, present options during stakeholder meetings, and coordinate product allocations on constrained SKUs
- In supply allocation scenarios, coordinate products allocation by customer with the Supply Chain Planning and Business Planning team
- During discontinuation process, create runout plan and communicate risks to business partners
- In constrained scenarios, confirm product availability and timing of launch to Global Operations
- Analyze Display build inventory requirements and provide project approval to business teams
- Maintain E&O Projections files and analyze monthly changes before sharing with Business teams
What We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications:- BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field preferred
- Minimum 0-2 years of relevant business experience within Manufacturing or Supply Chain
- Proficient in Excel, knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Demonstrates strong Data Analysis skills
- Possesses well-developed communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to be able to build strong work relationships with all levels of the organization
- Has the ability to synthesize information to create a clear synopsis of key issues and offer solutions
- Possesses strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently
- Can ensure attention to detail
- Demonstrates professional judgment and sound decision-making skills
- Develop appreciation of local markets and cultural diversity.
