Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Actively seek and acquire projects from online platforms like Upwork, Guru, etc.
  • Profile Management: Build and optimize a professional profile to attract clients on platforms such as Upwork.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Bid Management: Write compelling proposals, respond to project listings, and negotiate contracts.
  • Market Understanding: Target global clients with a strong understanding of international markets.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Bidding Portals: Proficient in platforms like Upwork, Guru, or similar.
  • Proven Track Record: History of generating business or securing projects online.
  • Upwork Profile Management: Experience in optimizing profiles for client attraction.
  • Strong English Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Understanding of International Markets: Ability to work with clients from diverse regions and industries.
  • Bidding Portal Expertise: Deep understanding of online bidding processes.
