We are looking for a dynamic Junior Sales Executive to help us continue our legacy of excellence and growth.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to join our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our innovative product range. You will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales by effectively communicating the value and quality of The Shutter Shop's offerings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales leads and opportunities through cold calling, social media, networking, and following up on inbound inquiries.
  • Client Consultation: Meet with potential clients (both B2C and B2B) to understand their needs, provide professional consultations, and recommend the most suitable Shutter Shop solutions (e.g., shutters, grilles, blinds, awnings).
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our entire product portfolio, including the technical features, benefits, and applications of our roller shutters, sectional doors, and other custom solutions.
  • Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely quotations and sales proposals for clients, ensuring all their requirements are met.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal, coordinating with the technical and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to effectively position The Shutter Shop's products.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role. Fresh graduates with a strong desire to succeed in sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a proven ability to build rapport.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office); familiarity with a CRM is a plus.
  • Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings within Cairo.
