Job Summary

  Junior Account Manager
 
 will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of merchants by building strong relationships, conducting regular market visits, and ensuring business growth through
 
  cross-selling
 
 and
 
  up-selling
 
 Paymob’s products and services.
 
  Responsibilities
  
- 
   Conduct regular market and merchant visits to maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  
- 
   Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase merchant engagement and transaction volume.
  
- 
   Act as the main point of contact for assigned merchants, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  
- 
   Monitor merchants’ performance and provide regular updates to the line manager.
  
- 
   Support the onboarding process of new merchants and ensure smooth activation.
  
- 
   Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Support) to ensure service excellence.
  
- 
   Stay up to date with Paymob’s products and market trends to provide merchants with relevant solutions.
  
- 
   Prepare and share regular reports on account activities, performance, and potential growth areas.
   
 
 
Requirements
- 
   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  
- 
   0–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relations (preferably in fintech, banking, or FMCG).
  
- 
   Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  
- 
   Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
- 
   Self-motivated, with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
  
- 
   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
