Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant with a graduation background in commerce and a basic understanding of accounting principles. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical ability, good organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Support in accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle bank reconciliations and monitor petty cash transactions.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, receipts, and other financial records.
• Support statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.) under guidance.
• Collaborate with the finance team for audits and internal checks.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage time effectively.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
