About the Role

We are hiring Accounts, Finance & Corporate Services professionals to join our team at a Company Secretary firm. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting, taxation, GST, and corporate law compliance work.

Candidates who are pursuing or completed commerce and finance-related studies are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Accounts & Finance records
• Assist in GST, Income Tax, and TDS filings
• Support in Corporate Law Compliances (ROC filings, Annual Returns, Secretarial records)
• Prepare MIS reports, invoices, and ledgers
• Support statutory and internal audits
• Assist with documentation for Company Law, FEMA, and SEBI regulations
• Handle day-to-day office documentation and reporting

Eligibility

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or pursuing CA / CS / CMA / CFA / CIMA
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2-3+ years of experience may apply
• Must be willing to work from Bengaluru (no remote option)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
