Junior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate (or candidate with minimal experience) to join our team as an Accountant / Logistics Admin Clerk . The role will provide support in accounting, administrative, and logistics functions within a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and ERP systems, along with strong computer skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily accounting activities including AR, AP, and reconciliations.
  • Process customer and supplier invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Support the preparation of financial records and basic reporting.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in ERP systems and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
  • Provide administrative support for logistics operations, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments for timely transaction follow-ups.
  • Prepare and update reports using Excel and PowerPoint for internal use.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of AR & AP and ERP accounting systems.
  • Familiarity with WMS is a plus.


Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under supervision and learn quickly.
  • Good English Level.
  • Native Arabic Speaker.
