About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance team. You will assist the primary accountant in daily operations including vendor billing, invoicing, financial reporting, and reconciliations. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to grow their accounting career.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter vendor bills accurately into the accounting system.

* Create and send customer invoices in line with company policies.

* Validate vendor bills to ensure accuracy and compliance.

* Run and generate financial reports for internal use.

* Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

* Support in account reconciliations and preparation of financial statements.

* Maintain accounting records in compliance with company and legal standards.

* Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve billing discrepancies.

Skills and Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

* 1–2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.

* Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

* Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

* Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
