Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Trainee Accountant cum Busines Development Excecutive to join our Customer Support team. This role is ideal for freshers or beginners who have basic accounting knowledge and are eager to learn how ERP systems work. You will assist customers with their queries and help them understand how to manage accounting tasks inside BeSync.

What You’ll Do

• Answer basic support queries related to invoices, payments, ledgers, and GST.
• Follow up on leads generated from various sources and convince them to purchase our software.
• Guide customers through using BeSync’s accounting modules (we’ll train you).
• Help users understand where and how to enter financial data.
• Collect feedback and communicate it with the internal team.
• Learn and grow into a full-time accounting support role.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of accounting principles (debit/credit, GST, ledgers, etc.)
• Good communication skills in English and regional language Malayalam
• Willingness to learn ERP software and support tools.
• Fresh graduates (B.Com/M.Com or related fields) are welcome.
• Must be patient, responsible, and eager to help users.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
