Junior Accountant

Hosuk Travels, a growing and customer-focused travel management company in Riyadh, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about numbers, accuracy, and financial reporting in a dynamic travel industry environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing daily financial entries, vouchers, and reconciliations
• Maintain updated records of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Record expenses, invoices, and reimbursements accurately
• Prepare basic financial reports for management review
• Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash handling
• Monitor travel-related transactions and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for payment follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and Saudi financial regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or service sectors
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
