Accounts Assistant/Credit Controller

ACCA, ACA, CIMA Finalist or professional level

Location: North Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and flexibility

Type: Permanent, Sun-Thurs, 8am-5pm

We are currently recruiting Accounts Assistant/ Credit Controller ACCA, ACA, CIMA Finalist or professional level to join small office team in Saudi.

Job Role:

- Credit control (Primary)

- Payment collection (Primary)

- Assisting bank/revenue reconciliations

- Assisting reconcile inter-company transactions

- VAT returns

- Sales ledger and purchase ledger

- Cash book entries

- Ad-hoc reporting

- Assist in producing monthly management accounts

- Invoicing to client

- Visiting clients to chase payments liaison with UAE/UK

Whilst the main role involves the above duties the preferred candidate will need to be flexible and willing to get involved at all levels within the accounts team, such as cover periods of leave or to meet deadlines.

Skills Required:

- Candidates must have good Excel skills/analytical skills

- Confident and able to work on own initiative

- Must have good attention to detail

- Strong communication skills

- Accounting experience in construction desirable

- Coins software knowledge desirable
