About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Accountant, the job is to support the Finance Department in performing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with Company policies and applicable regulations. The role is ideal for candidates with foundational accounting knowledge who are seeking to develop their skills within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts and payments.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly account closing activities.
• Prepare basic financial reports under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve routine accounting issues.
• Support audits and provide required financial documentation when needed.

Requirements:

Key Competencies and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field. Fresh Graduates are preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational, communication, teamwork and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy and ability to follow instructions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Good level of English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Saudi National is a mandatory requirement.
