Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks for our diverse operations (Manufacturing/Uniforms & Business Services) and ensure accurate financial record-keeping using Odoo ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily journal entries, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers in Odoo system.
• Handle petty cash management and reconciliation.
• Perform weekly/monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.factohr​
• Maintain organized financial filing systems (both digital and physical).
• Support the Senior Management with ad-hoc financial reports and cost analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting within the UAE.naukrigulf​
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Basic understanding of UAE VAT laws.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to manage tasks for multiple business lines (Services & Manufacturing).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
