Junior Accountant ( Cost Controller )

We are looking for a Cost Control Executive to manage and optimize service costing, package pricing, and inventory support within our healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate costing of medical procedures & services (Cardio, Lab, OBG, Ophthalmology, etc.)
• Develop and evaluate costing for packages & promotional offers
• Analyze profitability and support pricing strategies
• Provide inventory support: track consumption, cost of materials, and stock efficiency
• Work closely with finance, operations, and medical teams to ensure cost accuracy
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve margins

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in cost control / costing / inventory analysis
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Experience in healthcare sector is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
