Salary : 25000 - 35000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Accountant & Data Analyst to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine strong accounting fundamentals with data-driven insights to support business growth in the luxury fashion industry.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and leveraging data analytics to provide insights into sales, inventory, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analytics & Reporting

- Collect, clean, and analyze financial, sales, and operational data.

- Generate dashboards and reports on sales performance, product categories, and customer trends.

- Analyze inventory movements and provide insights to optimize stock levels.

- Use analytics to track marketing ROI, store performance, and customer buying behavior.

- Provide data-driven recommendations to management for strategic decisions.

Accounting & Financing.

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

- Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and balance sheet reconciliations.

- Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts).

- Working knowledge of ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar).

- Exposure to data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio preferred).

- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3-8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or data analytics (internship/entry-level experience acceptable).

Prior exposure to fashion, retail, or luxury industry is an advantage.

Growth Opportunities
