Junior Accountant Executive

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Maintain payroll records, including updating employee information, tracking leave, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and assist employees with payroll-related inquiries.
• Payments Rechecking:
• Review and verify invoices, expense reports, and other payment requests to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to payments and payroll.
