Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant Executive to support our accounts and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and be comfortable handling day-to-day financial tasks and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Update bills and invoices in the system
• Track payables and receivables, including cheque management
• Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical & digital)
• Scan bills and manage records in cloud storage
• Prepare Local Purchase Orders (LPOs)
• Prepare and update Statement of Accounts
• Manage and update stock in ERP system
• Handle accounts-related email communication
• Assist with other basic accounting and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Language Requirement

• Must be fluent in Hindi and English

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
