Junior Accountant (KYC & Data Management)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant (KYC & Data Management) to support our accounting operations and client compliance process. The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge of accounting principles, strong Excel skills, and the ability to maintain and update KYC documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
• Record and verify financial transactions in accounting software.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports for financial data analysis, expense tracking, and account summaries.
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports.
• Collect, verify, and update client KYC documents as per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial and compliance records.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve KYC discrepancies or missing information.
• Support audits and ensure documentation is compliant with internal policies.
• Assist senior accountants and management with ad hoc accounting or administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data entry, and reporting).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with KYC and AML compliance procedures (preferred).
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
