Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Accountant with strong expertise in Tally ERP to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and support financial reporting. This role is best suited for a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and is already on an own visa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management.
• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense ledgers.
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and accounting documents.
• Support external and internal audits with necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist in VAT filing.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payment follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
• Familiar with UAE VAT laws and accounting standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be on Own Visa / Family Visa.
