About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Accounts Executive who is detail-oriented and reliable, with hands-on experience in accounting and finance. The role involves maintaining books of accounts, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing day-to-day financial operations for our real estate division.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers in Tally Prime
• Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations
• Handle GST & TDS filings, payments, and monthly reconciliations
• Track expenses, accruals, and fund flows across departments
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Assist in cash flow planning and budget monitoring
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks for audits and compliance
• Follow up on collections and maintain receivable/payable records
• Ensure all vouchers, entries, and documents are up to date and properly filed

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
• Experience: 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic income tax processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and accountability
