Junior Accounts Payable Officer

Qualifications:

• ACCA (Part Qualified) or
• CA Inter or
• BBA or B. Com
• Atleast 1-year relevant experience

The ideal candidate will be involved in:

• Worked on USA based client.
• Efficient in Quick Book online/desktop version.
• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Prepare and process payments to suppliers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
