Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounts department. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in the preparation of reports. Preference will be given to candidates holding a valid Spouse Visa and available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledgers.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable processing.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with audits, financial analysis, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
• Support the senior accountant/finance team with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong knowledge may also apply).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Candidates on Spouse Visa will be given preference.
• Immediate joiners are highly desirable.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
