Junior Advocate

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting senior lawyers in preparing case files, petitions, and affidavits.
• Conducting legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations.
• Drafting legal notices, contracts, and agreements.
• Attending client meetings and court hearings.
• Filing and managing court documents.
• Cross-checking evidence, preparing witness lists, and supporting case strategy.
• Learning courtroom procedures and advocacy skills.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of civil law, procedures, and documentation.
• Good legal drafting and research skills.
• Analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases.
• Willingness to learn and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
