Role Overview

We are a litigation-focused law firm looking for a committed Litigation Lawyer who is ready for extensive court exposure, hands-on legal work, and practical learning. The role involves active court practice, case handling, and close coordination with senior advocates.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters including civil, criminal, commercial, property, and allied cases.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and authorities on a regular basis.
• Actively work as a court runner for filings, mentions, orders, certified copies, and follow-ups.
• Draft pleadings such as plaints, written statements, applications, affidavits, replies, and rejoinders.
• Assist senior advocates in trial preparation, arguments, and case strategy.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, case notes, and summaries.
• Track hearing dates, filing deadlines, and procedural compliance.
• Coordinate with court clerks, registry offices, and government departments.
• Maintain proper case files, documentation, and digital records.
• Communicate with clients and keep them updated on case progress.
• Travel for hearings, filings, and client meetings as required.

Candidate Profile

• Sanad holder with 2–3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong interest in court practice and hands-on litigation work.
• Good drafting and legal writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple court matters.
• Professional communication skills in English and local language.
• High level of discipline, ethics, and commitment to litigation practice.
