Junior Analyst

JUNIOR ANALYST

POSITION OVERVIEW

West Hive Capital is seeking a Junior Analyst to support our acquisitions team in evaluating potential real estate investments. You will be the first point of contact for new deal opportunities, conducting initial assessments and financial analysis to determine if properties meet our acquisition criteria.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preliminary Deal Underwriting
• Screen incoming deal submissions and organize key property and financial information
• Build and maintain financial models in Excel to evaluate deal potential
• Prepare summary reports and deal pipeline updates for the acquisitions team
• Conduct market research and comparable property analysis
• Support due diligence processes on active opportunities
• Track and organize deal documentation and timelines

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and pivot tables
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously
• Interest in commercial real estate and investment analysis
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• EXCEL EXPERTISE
• ABILITY TO MODEL DEALS IN PROFORMAS
• Background in finance, real estate, business, or related field
• Experience with commercial real estate or property analysis
• Familiarity with CRM or deal management software

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
