Junior Data Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support our analytics team in collecting, processing, and analyzing data. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious about data, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Support the development of dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot)
• Write and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
• Collaborate with team members to provide data-driven recommendations
• Participate in ad-hoc data projects as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot)
• Basic experience with Power BI for dashboards and visualizations
• Knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with Python or R
• Understanding of ETL processes
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Basic knowledge of predictive analytics

Experience:

• Power BI: 2 years (Required)
