Business Analyst

GBSS is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the delivery of data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to implement solutions
• Create process maps, reports, and business documentation
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of new systems or features
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Candidates with a technical background will be preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Fresh Graduates can also be considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
