Job Purpose

The Junior Analyst will support the planning, execution and monitoring of digital health programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful delivery of health-tech initiatives. The Junior Analyst will play a key role in supporting program managers and stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare and program-related data to support decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Program Support: Assist in developing and maintaining program plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT, Procurement, Infosec) and external partners to gather requirements and support program execution.
  • Monitoring & Documentation: Track project progress, document updates, and prepare status reports for stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Operational Assistance: Support foundational activities such as capability assessments, data validation, and coordination of key program events.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure program activities adhere to UAE healthcare regulations and maintain data privacy and operational standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute insights to enhance program efficiency and impact.


Qualifications and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, project coordination, or business analysis (internships or academic projects included).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
  • Exposure to healthcare or digital health projects is advantageous but not required.

Certifications: Entry-level certifications in data analysis (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau) or project management are a plus.


Skills and Competencies

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to support program goals.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or JIRA for data analysis and project tracking.
  • Team Collaboration: A partnership-driven mindset to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
