Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior architects/design heads in developing design concepts, layouts, and presentations for commercial interior projects.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, BOQs, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent software.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, MEP, Procurement, Projects) for smooth workflow.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Support in preparing client presentations, mood boards, and material boards.
• Interact with vendors and contractors for material selection, samples, and approvals.
• Assist in space planning, furniture layout, and interior detailing for commercial spaces.
• Ensure timely submission of design deliverables and support project managers in execution.
• Research and source new materials, finishes, and design trends relevant to commercial projects.
• Provide support in documentation, approvals, and project handover.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, and 3D rendering tools.
• Understanding of commercial interior design standards, space planning, and detailing.
• Ability to read and prepare working drawings, GFCs, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture used in commercial projects.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for site coordination and client meetings.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.
• B.Arch (mandatory) / Diploma Architect from a recognized institute.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
