Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Support senior architects in preparing concept, schematic, and detailed design presentations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to integrate design requirements.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Prepare 3D models, renders, and presentations for client meetings.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, tender documents, and material specifications.
• Research materials, finishes, and building codes applicable to projects.
• Maintain and update project documentation, drawings, and revisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Registration with COA (Council of Architecture) preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in architectural design and detailing.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods.
• Good visualization, design sense, and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
