Junior Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to all phases of the design and construction process, working closely with senior architects and project teams to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, plans, and construction documents.
• Support project teams through all design phases including concept, design development, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and assist in project inspections and reporting.
• Ensure that all designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate in the development of 3D models and visualizations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 year of relevant professional experience in an architectural firm or similar environment.
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit
• Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflows
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and construction methods.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
