Job Description:

We are seeking a young and dynamic Junior Architect with 0-2 years of experience in architectural design and site knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to make informed decisions independently based on site conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept to completion.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and identify any potential issues.
• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Make informed decisions on-site as needed, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in architectural design and site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on site conditions.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.
