Junior Architect

We are looking to hire a Junior Architect to join our team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills and practical experience working as a Designer. Applicants with experience in Dubai (DXB), Sharjah (SHJ) or Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) are welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate strong technical capabilities

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, concepts and plans.

· Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, rendering and visualization to communicate design ideas effectively.

· Create detailed architectural drawings using computer aided architectural software’s.

· Develop and update construction documents

· Support the implementation of design changes or revisions as required.

· Assist in preparation of presentation materials for client meetings, including design boards, 3D models and digital presentations. - Ability to use all architectural software programs including Revit is a must.

· Ability to manage teams, organizing work flow, and achieving targets,

· Strong knowledge of Dubai authorities, and ability to dealing with submissions and discussions of authorities (Dubai municipality – DDA – Trakhees – Dewa - RTA).

· Meeting with clients, updating them, and building relationships with them to achieve targets.

· Ability to coordination between all departments, and Ability to revise full set drawings.

Requirements:

✔Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

✔2–7 years of experience in a similar role.

✔Proven experience working in Dubai and/or with an engineering consultancy.

✔Strong knowledge of Dubai authority regulations and approval processes.

✔Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software is essential.

✔Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

✔Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✔Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
