Junior Architect Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Architect Engineer with Rivet experience to support the development of architectural models,drawings, and construction documentation. The role involves close coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate, high-quality architectural deliverables across real estate projects. career@cornerstonedv.com

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.


• Prepare construction documentation (plans, sections, elevations, details).


• Support coordination with engineering and consultant teams.


• Identify and report drawing inconsistencies or technical issues.


• Assist in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings when required.


• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and local codes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.


• 1–2 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.


• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (models, families, sheets).


• Experience on residential or mixed-use projects is preferred.


• Good coordination, communication, and time management skills.
