We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Software Sales to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in software sales, customer relationship management, and the tech industry. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Assist in building a database of leads using tools like LinkedIn, CRM software, and other resources.
  • Sales Support:
  • Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and demos.
  • Support the sales team in reaching out to prospects via email, phone, or social media.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic information about our software products.
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
  • CRM Management:
  • Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Track sales activities and report on progress.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Share insights with the sales team to improve strategies.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
  • Learning and Development:
  • Learn about software sales processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Gain exposure to the tech industry and software solutions.
  • Qualifications
  • Education: completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
