Junior Architect / Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Support

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking the progress of ongoing villa fit-out and interior works.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Maintain documentation, including minutes of meetings, progress reports, and site trackers.

Design & Detailing

• Review architectural and interior design drawings, layouts, and material specifications.
• Ensure design intent is accurately executed on-site with a focus on precision and quality.
• Suggest design improvements or alternatives when necessary.

Site & Quality Monitoring

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and workmanship.
• Identify and resolve potential coordination or quality issues.
• Ensure work is completed to the highest standards, within agreed timelines.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Communicate effectively with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Track procurement and delivery of materials, furniture, and finishes.
• Manage approvals, samples, and mock-ups.
