Junior Architect (LADY ONLY)

Responsibilities

• Design and Documentation: Assist in developing architectural designs from concept through construction, preparing detailed plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models.
• Technical Drawings: Create and modify technical drawings and construction documents using software like AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordination: Collaborate with engineers (structural, mechanical, electrical) and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of their work into the architectural plans.
• Compliance and Regulations: Research building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to ensure all designs are compliant. This includes assisting with permit applications.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, help prepare presentations, and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Project Support: Help with preliminary feasibility studies, budget and schedule assistance, and preparing project proposals and reports.
