Junior Asset Management Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Asset Management Analyst to join our dynamic team in Jeddah. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about real estate and hospitality investments who are eager to develop their analytical and strategic skills in a professional environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior asset managers to monitor portfolio performance, optimize asset value, and support investment and operational strategies across multiple hospitality and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on the financial and operational performance of real estate and hospitality assets.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, benchmarking, and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with property management, finance, and operations teams to identify areas for value creation and cost optimization.
• Support the preparation of investment presentations, reports, and performance summaries for senior management and stakeholders.
• Track and maintain accurate documentation related to asset performance, contracts, and investment records.
• Contribute to process improvements and data automation initiatives within the asset management department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI (or similar tools), and financial modeling techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
