Junior Associate

Cetinel Law Firm is looking for a Junior Associate to join our Litigation Department, starting in October 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients before Turkish courts, particularly, in labor, commercial, and enforcement law disputes,
• Draft petitions, pleadings, and other legal documents,
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions,
• Handle enforcement proceedings and related litigation processes,
• Attending hearings
• Communicate with clients and provide regular case updates.

Qualifications

• Being a graduate of a reputable university,
• 2–3 years of litigation experience in labor, commercial, and enforcement law,
• Being a graduate of a reputable university,
• Being adaptive to flexible working hours,
• Strong analytical and communication skills,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility.
