Junior Associate – AI (Internship to Hire)

Location: DHA Phase II, Islamabad (Onsite)

Type: 3-month internship leading to a full-time role

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Computer Science graduate who wants to learn how AI agents and applications are built. During the three-month program, you’ll work with mentors, help build small AI features, and document how things work. Strong performers will be offered a full-time role.

What You’ll Do

• Learn how AI agents are designed and connected to real products

• Build and test basic components of AI systems

• Experiment with AI tools, prompts, and workflows

• Write clear, detailed product documentation

• Help debug and improve AI behavior

• Join team discussions, meetings, and learning sessions

What You Need to Know

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (minimum requirement)

• Strong attention to detail

• Enjoy writing detailed product documentation

• Curious about AI and automation

• Fast learner who likes exploring new technology

• Organized, responsible, and willing to ask questions

• Comfortable working in a team

What You’ll Work On

You’ll work on PadelOS, our platform for padel club management. You’ll help the team explore how AI can automate tasks, improve workflows, and build smart features for clubs around the world.
