Associate Attorney (0–2 Years) — Family Law Litigator

Location: Miami-Dade & Broward (11th & 17th Circuits) • Type: Full-time • Start: Immediate

Recoba Law Office, a busy boutique family-law firm with a human, results-driven approach, is seeking an Associate Attorney (0–2 years) who loves trial work and cares deeply about helping people. This is a hands-on role with rapid courtroom exposure and tight mentorship.

What You’ll Do

• Appear at hearings and trials in Miami-Dade and Broward with progressive first-chair opportunities.
• Draft motions, memoranda, and proposed orders with clear, persuasive writing.
• Handle discovery, depos, and witness preparation.
• Participate in mediations and settlement strategy.
• Work closely with the team on equitable distribution, time-sharing, and child support matters.

What You Bring

• Florida Bar (good standing); 0–2 years experience (clinics/externships count).
• Genuine passion for litigation: Trial Advocacy/Mock Trial valued.
• Excellent legal writing (structure, grammar, citations).
• Working knowledge of Florida Rules of Evidence.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required.
• Empathy, professionalism, and strong client communication.
