Junior Automotive Technician / Mechanic Helper – German Cars

We are looking for a Junior Automotive Technician / Mechanic Helper to join our workshop in Dubai. The candidate will support the senior technician with daily repair and maintenance work, mainly on Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche vehicles.

This position is suitable for someone with basic mechanical experience who wants to grow in a German car specialist workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technician with vehicle service and repair work.
• Perform basic maintenance such as oil change, filters, spark plugs, brake pads, battery replacement, and fluid checks.
• Help with suspension, cooling system, brake, and engine-related jobs.
• Remove and install parts under supervision.
• Keep tools, equipment, and workshop area clean and organized.
• Help move vehicles safely inside the workshop.
• Support with basic vehicle inspection.
• Assist with parts checking and workshop preparation.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Report any visible issues to the senior technician or workshop manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of automotive workshop experience.
• Basic knowledge of car maintenance and mechanical repair.
• Experience with German cars is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willing to learn Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche repair standards.
• Able to follow instructions carefully.
• Hardworking, honest, and punctual.
• Must keep the workshop clean and organized.
• Basic English communication required.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• UAE driving license is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with oil service, brakes, suspension, and basic engine work.
• Basic use of hand tools and power tools.
• Experience in a garage or service center in the UAE.
• Interest in German cars and diagnostics.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
