About the Role:

We are expanding our commercial team and seeking a motivated Junior B2B Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business by selling our high-end camera and production equipment to professional clients, including production houses, studios, corporate AV departments, independent filmmakers, and rental facilities. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new B2B accounts, building lasting professional relationships, and contributing to our growth in a dynamic market.

Key B2B Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Generate New Business: Actively identify, research, and generate leads for new B2B clients through targeted outreach, networking, and industry research.
  • Conduct Consultative Sales: Lead professional sales meetings to understand client business needs, workflows, and project requirements, recommending tailored equipment solutions.
  • Demonstrate Product & Commercial Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of camera systems and production gear to articulate value propositions, ROI, and competitive advantages relevant to business clients.
  • Manage B2B Sales Cycle: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, guiding prospects from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas for new client acquisition and revenue.
  • Negotiate & Close Agreements: Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotes, and service terms to secure profitable deals.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high satisfaction to enable repeat business and referrals.
  • Strategic Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture prospects, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, and manage client expectations.
  • Represent the Brand: Professionally represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Required).
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a B2B sales or relevant client-facing role. Experience in pro-media, broadcast, electronics, or technology sales is a significant advantage.
  • Strong interest in and technical understanding of professional camera systems, lenses, lighting, and audio/video production equipment.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English (Required).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage business owners and procurement managers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural talent for building professional rapport and trust.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient with a desire to succeed in a target-based environment.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory/schedule, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£7,000.00 - E£9,000.00 per month
