Position: Junior Barista

Barista Responsibilities:

• ssist in preparing and serving espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and café menu items according to company standards.
• Support senior baristas in dialing in espresso and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Learn proper latte art, brewing methods, and specialty coffee knowledge.
• Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to every customer.
• Share basic product knowledge (origins, flavors, brewing styles) with customers when appropriate.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing needs and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and café floor.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards at all times.
• Assist in restocking coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in training sessions and actively learn new skills.
• Support senior staff in café opening, closing, and shift change procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in hospitality, café, or F&B is a plus but not mandatory.
• Passion for coffee, customer service, and learning new skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Basic English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
