Junior Barista

We are looking for a Junior Barista with passion to create specialty coffee, willing to learn, and at least with one year experience in the same field.

Be a part of our growing team in Al Hamra Mall, Ras Al Khaimah.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving coffee and beverage orders
• Learn and follow standard recipes and brewing methods
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and work areas
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Support senior baristas during daily operations and peak hours
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of coffee and beverages (training will be provided)
• Strong willingness to learn and take feedback
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of cleanliness and food safety practices
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Punctual, reliable, and organized

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: AED 2,200 - AED 3,000 per month
