About the role

The Junior Bartender is responsible for assisting the Bars Team in day to day operations by working with the finest F&B products and brands to craft high quality beverages and maintain high level of standards at all times.

• Engage with guests and adapt to special requests and tastes by preparing high quality beverages to maximize guest satisfaction and enhance sales.
• Support the Bars Team in organizing, cleaning, and setting up the bar area, ensuring that high level of standards are maintained at all times.
• Assist the bartender with stock inventory control by accurately counting and recording all items to ensure the sufficient supply of products and prevent shortages.
• Understand and follow FSSC (Food Safety System Certification) requirements through check-lists and manual guide to ensure compliance and safe handling of products.
• Ensure legal drinking age of guests comply with requirements for purchase and/or consumption of alcohol based on food & beverage local regulations.
• Assist the bartender in keeping a detailed record of all wastage and report any discrepancies to management to promote a profitable operation.

About you

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills
• English communication skills with Entry level roles
• No prior job-related work experience
